In my professional career, I strive to constantly develop my skills and competences. I was lucky to meet true professionals on my professional path, whose knowledge and willingness to share it resulted in my professional qualifications improving with each passing year. Today, I am somewhat surprised to receive my 20-year work experience as a Chief Accountant, but this is the result of my very early debut in this position, in 2003, when I was 28. The last 10 years of work in an international company were also a very developmental path. Working there combined experience in one of the most complicated segments for the accounting profession, i.e. production, with the highest standards in the industry, i.e. reporting in international standards. I have to offer the employer not only "hard" skills, but also very important teamwork skills that guarantee good, effective work.
