• Managed full-cycle recruitment across multiple regions (Ukraine, LATAM, Europe, Canada, Uzbekistan, Uganda, Nepal).
• Created and published vacancies aligned with company standards
• Led a team of 3 IT researchers: task distribution, pre-screen training, quality monitoring, and reporting on candidate statistics
• Sourced candidates through diverse channels: job boards, X-ray search, referrals, and networking
• Conducted pre-screens, interviews, feedback sessions, and offer negotiations
