I had an practice as a Transport dispatcher. During practice I have learn how to manage 16 trucks and organize their work optimally.

- I managed the truck transport;

- I followed up on the correct execution of orders;

- I informed all members of the transport process about successes or problems;

- I solved various types of problems arising during the transportation process;

- I managed the driver's working time, motivated and supported the driver;

- I worked with transport subcontractors;

- I checked the transport documents and the condition of the cargo;

- I provided information all the time;

- I had experience in organising the "Polish line". We searched orders for drivers who were unable to work outside Poland.
