Since September I have established cooperation with 12 HR managers in CEE factories across 4 geographies and successfully re-launched CEE HR Operations project.

During last 6 years I have created and successfully led Global Training & Learning Hub.

• Grew team of 100+ professionals, defined team Org. Design and Career Development Plans
• Developed and launched 6 Service Line to support Nestle markets, businesses, functions and SBUs in area of Training and Learning
• Ensured consistent high Partners satisfaction, process improvement and cost effectiveness
• Supported Corporate L&D team with driving Global People agenda

Successfully managed scope of teams providing services to WEUR markets (Austria, Benelux, Nordics) in area of HR Services, Payroll, Organizational Management, Training&Learning.

• Team management and development (3 supervisors as direct reports; 45+ employees in total)
• Stakeholder management and improvement projects implementation

Ensured Employee Services provided (HR and Payroll support) to Romania and Adriatic region.

• Built cooperation with partners from the markets, running joined projects for SLAs improvement
• Team management and development (7 employees as direct reports) - added in 2014
