As a travel experience counselor at CWT, my responsibilities included:

• Providing exceptional customer service to clients, responding promptly to inquiries, and ensuring that clients had seamless travel experience.
• Planning and booking travel arrangements for clients, researching and recommending destinations, flights, hotels, rental cars, and other travel-related services.
• Managing travel itineraries for clients, making changes to existing travel plans, adding or removing components of itinerary, and ensuring that clients had all necessary documentation for travel.
• Resolving travel-related issues that my arise, such as flight cancellations or delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• Staying up-to-date on travel trends and regulations, including airline policies, and travel advisories.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their travel preferences, and providing personalized service to meet their needs.

As a flight Operations officer, my responsibilities included:

• Collaborating with pilots, ground crew, and air traffic control to plan safe and efficient flight routes.
• Assessing weather conditions, airport conditions, and air traffic congestion to determine best course of action for each flight.
• Computing fuel requirements, aircraft weight and balance, and takeoff and landing performance data to ensure safe and efficient flight operations.
• Preparing and filing flight plans with appropriate regulatory authorities.
• Monitoring flight progress and providing flight crews with updates on weather, air traffic, and other factors that may impact flight.
• Making real-time decisions to modify flight routes, altitudes, or airspeeds to ensure safe and efficient flight operations.
• Communicating with air traffic control and other relevant parties to ensure safe and efficient flight operations.
• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of flight plans, fuel consumption, and other relevant data.
