- Monitoring standard cost for Legal and Group Valuation for Production and Warehouse Plants in systematic and effective manner. Maintenance of the accounting and Costing view should be done accurately at the right time. Confirmation on firm price for non-tobacco materials need to be done before rolling out standard cost for SKUs for Philippines Plant.
- Handled role as Power User in Product Cost & Controlling module for SAP HANA and new plant implementation. Provide guidance and training to colleagues in the department whenever necessary whichever job related. Involvement in problem solving and process improvement on business process in SAP related to actuals and month end closing.
- Monitoring and coordinating on Year End Activities to be carried effectively and accurately. Monitoring and derive the Actual Cost at year end of Tobacco & Non-Tobacco Material. Accruals related to Tobacco & Non-Tobacco Material needs to be reviewed and incur according to the business environment.
- Ensuring the task, reporting and activity involved comply with JSOX requirement. To work closely with Global Team, ensure that the reporting provide with explanation and the query from Global team able to complete on time.
- Responsible for write off management, clarification on unclear items to ensure correct understanding and assessment of write-off risk before booking provision.
- Review Balance sheet analysis on a quarterly basis ensuring long outstanding items is cleared off adequately.
- Preparation of financials for Business process Approval for new investment related to Factory and Market.
