Responsibilities:

Responsible for analyzing online advertising content and business websites, using this analysis to construct and modify ad texts / extensions to achieve client's expectations with maximum accuracy and high quality standards in line with the client's policies procedures.

As a Senior and Subject Matter Expert I'm co-responsible to train new hired to aligns to the client's policies and the correct usage of the company's web tools.

Compliance with metrics and targets is essential for the proper performance of this work, both at individual and team level.

Productivity Deadlines have to be followed on a daily basis.

As required for the supervisor position, I've learnt all the different positions (Griller chef, waiter, host, cashier, cooking manager, floor manager) to have a clear view on how to manage the different situations with the staff (from all over the world) and the costumers to solve the problems during the work shift in one of the busiest shop in the world of the company.

Inventory checks and supply orders for the shop through the programs provided.

Teamwork is essential to work in this company.
