- supervising the correct inbound process and returns (checking the compliance of receipts with the documentation and system, communication with the customer in the field of ongoing operations, verification of logistics data, cooperation with the warehouse, preparation of protocols, reporting, archiving)
- supervising the correct shipping process in terms of timely deliveries in cooperation with the customer and transport department
