Managed to deliver automated Data Lake and reporting solution for business decision making for accounting department that is feeding data with source system frequency that was previously managed manually on non-regular basis.

As PL/SQL Developer was responsible for solution advisory and functionality introduction for new retirement plan products for one of biggest companies in insurance market in Poland.

As technical leader was responsible for design and implementation of debt collection solutions for client debt management and notification within core non-life platform, solution advisory for new functionalities and processes as well as for bug fixing and knowledge sharing for new business users.

Managed to deliver new processes for areas not covered by currently available instruments and fixed several other issues resulting number of policies to be included in vindication process to grow dramatically. Also delivered complete analysis for changes and fine-tuning in architecture for more flexible and reliable solution that would result in maintenance cost reduction, increase number of policies processed and shorten time needed to configure new products or scenarios by introducing reusable processes, events, and notification solutions.

Provided advisory for new, company-wide debt collection architecture that would facilitate maintenance, reduce amount of time needed to accommodate vindication of new products and centralize processes implemented in several core systems and debt collection solutions.

Was responsible for design and implementation of change requests, new functionalities and integration solutions with external tools, test, and deployment advisory for custom company-wide software as well as support of day to day operations and issues reported.

As technical leader of document generation module replacement project delivered new, REST-based solution for seamless, more reliable and less error-prone functionality to generate Word, Excel and PDF documents across front, middle, back-office operations, and reporting module.

Also provided advisory and development for functionalities to automate integration with one of biggest subsidiary, covering contracts and deliveries for daily volumes of 1000+ of trucks being loaded and discharged at refineries.

As part of core system deployment team was responsible for design and implementation of changes and new functionalities for insurance process platform, covering all core operations, especially for middle-office, back-office, document generation processes and integration with other legacy systems, including gathering of business and regulatory requirements and solution advisory, gathering and maintaining project documentation and test documents, development, testing and deployment. Also advised changes and improvements for further changes required to cover all business needs in middle-office area.

Achieved goal to integrate new core system with company-wide authentication and role management services and deployed several instruments for accounting and cash-management processes.

Was responsible for Client cooperation as Single Point of Contact in order to acquire project agreements, complete design and development, testing and migration phases, including design and implementation of Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence solutions for FMCG sector market measurement and analysis platform, contacting external providers for application deployment and Test assistance, gathering and maintaining project documentation, migration lists and test documents.

Accomplished to deploy two innovative BI applications, allowing Client to seamlessly use the data warehouse information to plan, compare and present the pricing strategies.

Was responsible for the preparation of test scripts, performing application tests and issue reporting via Jira and Mantis, solving daily application issues from the end-users located in the field offices across the country, preparation of the training environment and the training materials.

Successfully prepared, performed and managed training for 100+ on-site staff before planned migration for legacy system that was part of the acceptance agreement.

Project #2: Central Statistical Office, Warsaw, Poland, National Agricultural Census 2010 and National Census of Population and Housing 2011

Was responsible for performing dispatcher and mobile application tests for two public censuses, providing the first line of technical support (VPN configuration, day to day operational issues) for end-users via phone and Jira / Mantis, training end-users in Statistical Offices for usage of the application, VPN Client installation, and configuration.
